• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, okzzapps reserves the right to void that round.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in game software for gain is strictly prohibited.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to support within 72 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okzzapps. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Coordinated betting or arbitrage for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Hacking, manipulating, or using bots on game software.
• Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other users.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Okzzapps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• In cases of prolonged inactivity (generally 12 months).
• If the registered member wishes to close their account.
